Posting links and urls

I tried to post a reply for one of the thread. However, I was not allowed to post urls. Then I tried removing the url. But my reply still cannot be posted. I tried about 20 times. Pissed off with that, closed the thread.
Can anyone say how many posts are required to post the links. Tired of using the search, was not able to find the answer.

If you are writing an URL use HXXP:// or vvvvvv (V, not W)
