Posting Limits in Facebook Groups

I mod many FB groups. However, my reach isn't enough. I created those groups because it seems that FB doesn't allow any user to post more than half a dozen times per day in groups that they don't mod.

Am I missing something? Is there a way that I can post more in groups that I don't mod?

All I know is if you're posting too quickly in groups they can flag you as spam and temporarily block your account. I don't do more than two posts every 45-60 minutes because my account has gotten blocked so many times if I go faster.

So, you're experience tells you a couple posts per hour all day is fine? I want to leverage some massive FB so badly... but I don't want to be placed in FB jail. My account is 10 years old... not a spam account.

I do two every hour all day and am fine, yes.
