If your account is disabled, your posts will disappear
It depends on the content of the post and the level of violation of the account, as long as that account is not the sole administrator of that page

Under most circumstances, if you create a secondary Facebook account to post on a Facebook Page or Instagram and that account gets banned, the posts made by that account on the Page generally remain unless Facebook specifically flags or removes them for violating community standards.

I must add that I had this experience but not by posting in a page, by posting in a group through that stealth account.

i think if a secondary admin posts content it, the posts it made will generally remain visible on page or profile, unless Facebook determines the posts themselves violate standards
