Gramblr is the one, free. Only download the official one though. You can also get real likes using it

Or in chrome open dev console(F12), press Toogle device toolbar(Ctrl+Shift+M) select your mobile device and refresh instagram page. Done.

Lot of hassle though, gramblr just drag photo and upload, done. And you get real likes
