Posting Daily Opposed To A Few Posts?

In a low competition keyword is it better to post once or twice a week for several months to really get your Google Ranking up - or skip all the rift raft and have 7-10 really informative posts and then blast it with some SEO services that are offered on this site? I've heard conflicting reports, but I'm thinking just making 7-10 good posts, and then blasting the site with a lot of SEO then.

There is no magic number of times you should post each day. Post as much as you are comfortable with while still preserving the quality of your articles. It's better to post to post one high quality search engine optimised post a day than it is to blast 10 low quality posts a day.

I would do the 7-10 Posts as well, but I would make sure to spread them out so that it looks normal instead of just throwing all of the info at once. Hopefully that is what you meant in the first place though.

as per my experience there is no hard and fast rule to get views or presence. All you need is a good keyword rich content and that which the readers like!

In my opinion you should post 7-10 optimized, well written articles per day and do some careful backlinking to them to rank slow and steady. For my site I do 10-15 well written posts per day, with some backlinks and I rank well for many keywords.

Post once or twice per week to keep your site fresh in Google's eyes so you can benefit from the freshness boost fresh sites receive.

Because of my personal goal as well as my interest, I post an article or two every day on my blog. If I had more time, I'd probably do more. I don't see the harm in it.

Just do average of 5 quality posts per day and spread them out to look more natural. I have experience in this way of posting.
Don't do posts more at once, it might harm your site IMO.

I tend to post 3 quality articles per day. I would like to do more but I just don't have the time.

3-5 quality posts per day. If it's too much for you so write less, but you still have to focus on quality

Keep posts up at a consistent pace. So it can be once a day, or once a week.. but stick to it. The more content you have the more likely you will rank for something, plus it may make your website look like anauthoitry in your niche.

You can create 10-15 high quality articles on your site. You must avoid duplicate articles. You may also create some backlinks on high PR sites. These are really effective to get rank on Google.
