Posting copyrighted videos or clips

How come other group pages can post it? I mean is there any special trick they are doing on editing? I tried changing things color/voice pitch but still getting flagged. changing the aspect helps but box isn't really enticing to watch I guess. I know this is a long shot question that these expert will not share for sure but I'm taking my chances.

I wouldn’t mess copyright or trademark on Facebook. It got my business manager and all my ad accounts banned.

Hello, I am creating Facebook ads leading to a landing page and then the offer. On the landing page, I am placing disclaimers at the bottom such as one of them being not affiliated with Facebook and so on. The question now is that Facebook changed to META is how to properly ad IF needed META to my disclaimers. Thanks

Myabe othose other groups own the rights to post it or have convinced moderators that they own the rights too which is the more likely scenatio
