posting backlinks to 0 PR but high alexa ranking

are these good backlinks? say a page has a pr of 0 but it's rated 100 in alexa. any juice?

Alexa ranks hold no value in SEO ranking factors, they are just a good eyewash when selling sites on flippa or providing services to clients who know jackshit about SEO.
