Posting a blocked URL ?

My affiliate link url is blocked, and shortening it with goo.gl or redirecting it through a domain doesn't work as Instagram still recognises the destination URL.

Does anyone have a quick fix for this?

At the moment I am redirecting to a blank wordpress blog with just a page which says 'click here to continue' but I feel this isn't great for conversions.

There is no work-around for that. Either change affiliate program or continue with the Wordpress page, I also use a Wordpress page and conversions are pretty much the same.

abandon the affiliate link was my solution. there is no way you can pass that.
