Well you guys can ad me to the list...
I paid Shawn on 2/17 $150 and he has been stringing me along since.
The only thing I have done right is paid with CC through PP.
I contacted them this AM and they are on it..
Hopefully they will refund...
On the brighter side, I have someone in LE doing some research for me..
She investigates cyber crimes for a living and swears she can get all his personal info right from PP and other info I have gathered for her. So we will see..
If she does, then I will post up here....for everyone else he screwed (in case anyone wanted to visit Mr. Stephens)
Sad because technically I dont need the money, what I needed more was have my ads go out and was looking for someone to do this weekly..
That was my $150 dollar education for the month I suppose..
No worries, It will come back around this i am sure of..
Karma's a bi*ch :cat3:

You receive what you pay for.
My ad poster posts for 30-50 cent per ad, I received a lot of offers of guys starting as low as 15 cent per ad and I know why I ignored them.
If you want a contact just PM me.

It's not always scam, these guys simply WANT to work but they fail posting.
They overspam their IPs, they are lost when their proxies get banned/soft banned or simply realize that posting 500 ads per day is much more than they can handle.

When using paypal you can always file a dispute, if the dispute is not handled fast enough you can think about a chargeback from the CC company.
But keep in mind that chargeback is against the TOS of paypal and will most likely get your account banned.

This is a false statement. You as the buyer will not get your account banned for going around paypal. Please dont make statments without knowing what you are talking about...If you file a dispute with paypal for a service, you will always lose your money. That is also in their bullshit TOS.

Confidently chargeback paypal if the seller scams you. Your account will not be in jeopardy. Ive done it very recently when i too was scammed, my account is fine.

Fuck PayPal, if they're pissed off by chargebacks then they should stop being lazy and actually get involved in the dispute. Good thing those fascist fucks aren't a bank or near anything of that executive level presiding over people's credit card finances.

I got nothing and I paid for it..

As far getting what you paid for at the point where I paid for services there was nothing on this board but good and positive feedback for PS.
So what I started out paying for based on the "positive feedback" from BHW was that PS was good to go...

Obviously in short order he turned scammer.....

No worries, I am patient and I got people :D (I love that commercial)

**update**
So after a week or so of ignoring my emails PS emails me and says:

Well just do a dispute since you think I scammed you. I don't have time for skeptics. I was out doing errands today and I come to find out what you wrote in BHW.

Take Care
So lame!:p

Two seconds later my friend calls me and says she has some leads and needs some more ammo..
So anyone who got screwed..
PM me and I will tell you what to fwd..
He may be a scamming a**h*le but trust that am a seasoned MTF...

Well that's what paypal service staff told me, I did actually not read through their 100kb legal agreements to verify it.
I've had a lot of trouble with paypal already and they told me it's not allowed to charge back through the CC company. Only through a pp-dispute.

Maybe you are right and it is actually allowed, they told me a lot of wrong things already.

Odd how he now has no problem communicating now that he's being called out..

Quite funny how you follow the rest of them. I bet you couldn't wait to go on that forum and posting shit, lol. You must be a little kid or something. Your posting conversations with someone who is banned from the forum, haha. Very childish. I'm no longer part of that forum. But I knew you couldn't wait. I marked you off the schedule. Take care.

I have heard more from him today than in the past two weeks combined..
Odd he monitors a site he's banned from and not wanted in...
Kinda pathetic really....

Moving ahead as described earlier....bet on it..

He's ballsy but not too bright....

Thank you to those whom have replied so far...Your info helps...

Thanks for your help too little buddy (Shawn)

Of course it's not "allowed" by their TOS, but their TOS means nothing to the credit card issuing back who ALWAYS holds the cards.

Think about the people everyday, who get their paypal accounts stolen and charge back. That's fraud right? Technically its against paypal TOS i guess. But who cares? It happens all the time and you wont get your paypal account banned for it.

Also, they will tell you anything to make you sit and wait the 30-60 day "review" period, after which, the bank doesnt hold the cards because the buyer missed his time slot to act... Paypal is smart..They are a money machine, and that is just good business sense by them. It is very risky to be a money transfer system, because once you transfer it over and the seller doesnt want to give it back..the bank comes after paypal and paypal lost.

BUT think about this..Who did they actually lose from? The Seller...(they want to get their money back from the seller). So they freeze and neg balance the sellers account.

All logical and common sense...Just be knowledgable and your online buying experience should have minimal risks.

Thanks everyone. Great thread. I contacted different posters a few weeks ago and got this response back a couple of days ago. I am using a great guy here from BHW who is doing a great job. Very glad that I saw this thread and found this guy to be a scammer. (I became suspicious that he wanted pre-payment. I never pre-pay anyone until they demonstrate that they are able to make posts alive. So I did a search on him and found your thread) Here is what he wrote:

Sorry for the delay in response. I was backed up when you contacted me and just now had a spot freed open.

My min is still 50 a day / 6 days for $85. I use software to post. Theirs no way for me to do it manually with the type of volume I do daily. Posts that are ghosted are not counted and replaced for free. Flagged ads are not replaced for free. I usually post between 11am EST and 10pm EST. I do work weekends. So the postings are 6 business days, not 6 days per week.

I only stick with weekly plans for the most part but some do pay a month in advance.

Let me know if your still interested. This last spot will go quickly.

Thanks

Again: I have to say you get what you pay for. Now I am using dynamigeout and he is truly great. He deserves every penny he charges. He is able to make your posts stay, and he is such a nice and polite person to deal with. Do not try to use cheap services. There is a reason why someone charges 0.30 a post-- they are not going to post. They will just scam your money.
Ask someone to do a test first before you start to pay them. Or pay them a day first before you pay a week. If they do not agree to do that, do not use them.
