Posters on Standby

So I have quite a bit of CL posters on dedicated servers each with their own lines with huge IP pools on standby ready to go with hundreds of PVAs. Looking to get into some new markets. Currently generating tons of leads for local Automotive industry. Pretty profitable but, they can only handle so many leads and my posters are roughly running at 2%. Is there any decent lead paying service out there? I used to mess with a rent to own place that paid per call(new) I think they went under is there anyone else out there that knows another one or knows of a company that pays on point with live stat monitoring?
