Postback url + Clickmeter questions

Hello,

I'm trying to setup postback url for a cpa campaign and have some questions. Yesterday I install prosper202 but the interface is abit confusing, so I found something more clean on the homepage and signup for clickmeter, I choose paid plan since free plan doesn't allow conversion tracking. I created the conversion code and got postback url like this -

http://conversions.clickmeter.com/s2s?clickId=<insert>&id=6D908DA17CA8470F8010430B9010921F&val=<insert>&com=<insert>[&param=...]

I have few questions.

Is it necessary to create tracking url and bind it together with conversion code? Because I don't want to track urls, I just want to track conversions.

What do I do with above url, do I paste this url directly in the postback url in the cpa network under the offer?

What do I put in the <insert> area of the url, is all 3 insert area necessary to change?

Now, let's say I want to track conversions for 10 offers, do I create 10 conversions code or do I just need to change the <insert> area.

Please answer if you use clickmeter + postback urls.

The fastest solution would be to contact Clickmeter's support. Without any documentation it's pretty hard to say anything.
