Hi,

Some affiliates like Chaturbate allow for post back tracking. Does anyone have experience with this? Specifically can you track the sales of each campaign with post back tracking? It can be challenging to see if a direct ad linked to the affiliate is working if you do not have exact stats for the campaign sales and have to make a guess.

What kind of tracking solution are you using? It would help if you actually used a 3RD party software for it and kept all of your offers through their gateway. You can implement postback (which is different for every platform and affiliate network) -- define the conversion and just be able to see stats with calculated revenue. For example in most trackers nowadays you can set your CPA goal and it will do the math for you: P/L, spent, revenue generated.
 
Hi, we are not using any trackers including 3rd party trackers. Do you have any recommendations for 3rd party trackers?

Try looking into the following and choose which ones you think fits your business model better, they all have different pros and cons:

  • Voluum
  • Bemob Tracker
  • RedTrack
  • Peerclick

These are some of the best I've used over the years personally. Most tracking solutions come with an account manager or support able to provide you documentation and help with your integration requirements.
 
It should be entirely possible to make postback, but where do you promote URL? Most people are making it with free traffic, just saying, so it should be possible to get it done with that matter and you do it with paid one or not ? lol
 
Anyone knows postback within the gambling niche?

You should write your own script and host on a server to catch the postback request and save the data or you can use an affiliate tracker like camcamel, redtrack etc. camcamel is good for chaturbate postback
