there's is no standart setting for FL , example im able to follow more than 400 a day but some people can't even follow more than 10 acc without getting temp ban,you need to test it your self to find your best setting

dont bother the post above me by the time you try his setting his acc already get banned

700-900follows/day, gains 50-150 followers/day, Unfollow all on 2days when i reach 6-7000.
