Post your Followback ratio?

Fluctuations can be from so many factors. If I see you are following more than 1000 people, I won't follow back *spam alert*. Every user has a different threshold for this. Most likely your followback will be AWESOME when you are following 0, verses 4000 users.

My accounts at 0 are getting 60% followback. When following 2K-6K the followback was 20-40%.

How pointless is this thread really. Who cares what kind of follow back rate you got

- broad niches will have high FBR but also less engagement and less ways to cash in
- measure your engagement, not your followers. It's quite easy to target those indian bots on follow-back mode, but maybe not very efficent.


So essentially: find a smart goal and measure that and ajust accordingly. I've seen 2k accounts making big money and i'v seen 2m accounts selling a trickle of shoutouts ever so often.

It serves the same purpose as a facebook account with female photos. It gathers male & female followers. With IG in the fitness niche, starting with the right amount/right kind of pictures is important. Pretty much anything good looking works for the fitness niche. Just use the right hash tags and you gain followers pretty easy.
 
Once accounts get big and reach authority status getting up to 40% is possible.

My profiles attain roughly 25-37% because of the fact I follow a niche-layer below (a little more broad) than my own niche.

Look at how many followers you gained in one day (lets say 75) and divide by how many people you followed that same day (say 300)

75/300 = 25% Followback

To be more accurate you need to have more days of data...
Lets say you gained (70,43,120,89) and on those same days you followed (300,300,300,300)
322/1200 = 26.83%
 
I'm in a subniche of luxury.

My follow back ratio is between 12% and 18%

However my engagement is always 15% plus which is very high comparatively.

Funny, today I'm pacing at 23% refollow and 13% engagement.
