Niches play a factor. I had the best results from 6PM to 11ish PM on work days, where I posted 2 videos in that time span. And on weekends I blast 4 times at random times , like 10 AM , 1PM , 6PM and 9 PM. You can try out and upload content in 2 weeks, test times, check analytics and get your answers from that.

In my opinion, you should post on your lunch break or evening and on weekends in the morning and afternoon.
