Does anyone know if there is tool where I can spin a message and send to multiple twitter accounts at the same time, perhaps with different IP's?

I've been using for 6 months and works 24/7
pretty easy learning curve

I have Tweetadder and you 100% cannot do this, I can manually post to multiple accounts but it takes a long time to post 100 individual posts. I even emailed them to see if we could get a feature in the future.

Why do you want to do that?
I have written Google App Engine site that you can do that job, but I plan to make it become a business, maybe for marketing.
