Post to multiple Facebook Groups

I am trying to post a marketing message to 100 groups that I am a part of. I want to post the message at once to all of them. I heard there used to be a way where you scrape the group email and mass email to all of them groups. Is there a way anymore?

Some years ago I was doing this with the email method. Not sure if it works nowadays.

I guess you can use a bot or imacros script with time gap that can post the content on groups.
But all at once is quite difficult as it would raise the alarms and account could get in trouble very easily.

It's pretty easy to write a script with Facebook API to post whatever number of groups you want to post to. But it'll get your account banned before the script is finished execution.

The general rule is not to post to more than 5 groups per hour per account. The better strategy is to come up with at least 5 marketing messages (10 is even better), and rotate the message to 10 group first to find out the best marketing messages and the best groups via a few tests.

I think if you are looking for real facebook group sales or clicks
there are many ways you can but the best I can suggest
You just post one and continue to share with any groups
