i use now simpletags but the auto suggestions is not working accurtate, is anyone knows about alterntative plugin for wordpress that will suggest me tags based on the keywords of the post?

Try the Zemanta plugin. Not only does it suggest tags, it also suggests relevant images and posts on other blogs.

I use this plugin on all of my blogs and I love it.

I have never used any sort of plugin for this kind of work but am seriously considering to work on it now. Thanks to you guys.
