Post reply field is absent sometimes in mobile site

Post reply field is absent sometimes in mobile site on some threads. I have noticed it multiple times, should be fixed.

Probably best to post a screenshot. I've never seen this before.

Also to note it's a dynamic page not a separate mobile site so detail on mobile type and browser will be great to search the logs.
