Hello guys,

We are hit by penguin at its first sight and still not been fully recovered yet.
Thus we rebuild the site under another domain.

Fortunately, the new site get well indexed and ranked, generally been ranked 20-30 with google
Then, freezed, no more movement.

During the period, we build some power links.
I guess that is the reason we get on the 20-30 ranks.

So, now my question is what on earth is the stragety? Link wheel, pyramid? or personal blog network?
Any suggestions, would be very much appreciated.

None of my sites were hit by penguin, and I never used any "strategy". Just keep it completely random, everything you do, make it look natural. Like how a website which is linked to by other real real looks like. Vary your anchor texts a lot, more sources - eg. no only wordpress, but mix in other types too, and keep the link velocity looking natural. A bit more when you add a new post, dropping when you don't add content, stuff like that. Don't use any "secret recipe" and you won't get hit. Basically: Just keep it looking natural, and add a lot of diversity, everywhere.

Do content and social media marketing. Spend more time creating quality content. Do more niche specific blog/gust post. Use variants of your keywords and diversify your backlinks. Always do white hat way. Don't go for old stuffs like link wheel, pyramids or personal blogs.
Who knows after few months google may come up with another update named "PIG" and punish sites using link wheels and pyramids.

hit by penguin at its first sight

This made me lough. lol

So, the situation is doing nothing is doing the best thing.
Do what you should do, keep adding content, and forget about so called SEO or blackhat. Is that what you are implicting?
So, if everybody doing so, actually, there are a lot of guys doing so since they acknowledge the internet, how to get advantage or outstanding from the peers?

I said forget about blackhat, but not SEO.
There are many ways getting backlinks and gaining traffic in white hat way. Do those.
Social media, gust blogging, Email, newsletter, many ways around to make you busy.

Everybody gets different results with so called penguin update, some claim they are already spanking it in the ass, some dont. Anyways,I found these are great tips by senuke blog and something you should consider, and once again, this is just a conclusion from public statements and some testing.

White hat is not the only way to go and never will be!

try to diversify links suppose if you build links only on web 2.0 and social bookmarking then it will not look natural to google. After penguin update google is ranking only natural links

Try White Hat in first place, keep your Black Hat arsenal for later.

If you have been hit by the penguin I would first redesing hit site before playing with redirects.

Go through as usual but this time integrity must be there whenever you promote your website for product or services. This time is for the syndication instead of any kind of anchoring or else promoting web site through landing pages. Keep offering resource url of main source from where exactly you brought that article. Keep your anchoring in original source instead of keeping anchor on multiple web 2.0 properties every time.

Thank you everyone.
Seems i could get a conclusion that almost all of us had not get clue of build a efficient strategy for post penguin.

What i thought: Seems google decreasing the links value in his ranking. google more focus on the page itself quality.
The page design, content, onsite seo aspect. Domain age, ctr , surfer onsite time, surfer engagement.
I guess the offsite SEO is on the way to dead end.
Any buddy share the same ideas like me?

You are misunderstanding. The point of SEO after post penguin is Diversity and Randomness. If you cant understand it then why bother with it?

Penguin update is designed to catch 'un-natural' link building, abusing any other optimization methods to artificially improve results. I wouldn't say google has found the perfect solution for this but they are getting there for sure.

Like some have mentioned here, focusing on white hat methods, making 'quality content' a big part of strategy seems to be the way forward.

In Google Penguin 2.1 you can't use pyraminds and you have to be 100% natural in actions.
