How many times these type of questions asked? please try search function and you will get the answer.

There are no top IM tools for post panda/penguin...tiger/beer/lion or whatsoever. it's how you use those software to adapt search engine algorithm. And that's why your brain comes into play.

I use-

1) Xrummer
2) scrapebox
3) GSA SER
4) Wiki Poster
5) senukeX

I use them before Penguin and also after penguin, just change in their implementation

xrumer/hrefer mostly, scrapebox, then ultimate demon.

What do you expect? Some person who just joined this month, created a thread that added no value whatsoever (there is something known as the search function) and you expect a proper answer?
