post marked at spam = domain blocked

Hi.
2 days ago i add post to my wall on fb "Hi friend, check my website (example) myweb.com/diet" (this link
redirected to fb post) and today i received the message "This post violates the Community Standards on Spam".

Next i try share my website and i have error "this website is marked as spam(...)".

And (!!!) my post on my funpage (from 2016 year) in which I had over 500 comments (these are opinions about me) has been deleted.

Please, help me!
