Post Late Indexing Issue

I have websites and i am doing seo with keywords i have an issue that my post is not index on time when i crawl to google for indexing, It take one day to 2 week to appear on google by searching keyword, What is the issue behid this? Plz any body tell me if know about this issue. my site is wwwtenedonlineshopcom

It happens a lot with new websites or websites with rare new content. As you start posting more and google notices changes in content at every crawl, it may pick up the content faster. Until then, it would be good for you to add your website to GWM and try manually crawling your new content.

I have posted 50+ articles from above 10 month my site is not new one. what is GWM and how crawling manualy?

I am crawling manually on GWM by fetch as a google
 
Yes, that was what i said:) crawl and index manually each new post in google webmaster, it usually takes a few minutes for the posts to be picked up in google in my situation:) and 50+ articles monthly or on all 10 months?:) because a 5 articles per month activity is pretty low:)

Yes i crawl and index manually each new post in google webmaster but my keyword is not appear in few minutes or in few hours, It take few days or 1 to 2 week to appear as i am doing seo on it.
