You can use Integromat(Make), Zapier or IFTTT. It's a pretty simple task.

IFTTT isn't an option for Pinterest anymore. It seems they had a falling out some time back, and Pinterest dumped IFTTT. So you cannot connect or post to Pinterest using IFTTT.
You can always submit your website RSS feed directly to Pinterest. You'll need to claim your website on your Pinterest account first, and then you dubmit your feed URL. Pinterest seem to poll feeds roughly every 24 hrs. It's hit and miss what they grab and post to your account though. To improve your chances you need to make sure your website posts/pages are good quality, recently updated (if possible) and make sure you have a featured image. Unfortunately standard WP feeds don't have images in them, but you can download plugins that will sort that for you...which will help with Pinterest.

There's a great plugin called Pinterest Automatic Pin Wordpress Plugin - slight learning curve, but once you get it going, you can send images from WordPress categories to different boards. The same developers make the WordPress Automatic plugin too, if you combine those two, you can do some pretty awesome automation to Pinterest.
