Post ID or Post Name or Both for Tube Site Permalinks?

Morning guys, i noticed adult tube sites use different structures of permalinks for their videos, so I wanna pick some big brains here.

Post ID:
.com/video?play=12345678 (numbers only)
or
view_video.php?viewkey=ab1cd234567efg8 (numbers and letters, used by prnhb)

Post Name:
.com/model-wandering-the-world-looking-for-partners-with-black-hat

Both:
.com/videos/model-wandering-the-world-looking-for-partners-with-black-hat-abC4dEf (name + mixed ID, used by xhmster)
.com/video-12a3def4/model-wandering-the-world-looking-for-partners-with-black-hat (mixed ID + name, used by xvid and xxxx)

From my understanding, post ID seems to be more clean and easy for sharing. Post name is good for SEO (not sure if it matters). Both i'm not sure. What do u guys think?

Given the choice I'd go with 'Post Name', but it's not going to make or break your site. You can always set up some short url redirect functionality if you'd like a shorter/neater url for sharing.

I prefer Post-Name.
