I have 3-4 good high DA accounts i'm using to build 2.0. What is the frequency one can post to safely? In other words for the site, how many posts per week looks "natural". Any help on a general idea is much appreciated.

You should build 2 per week with unique content and indexing.

I'd say 2 or 3, but mix it up a bit. So 2 this week, 2 the week after then 3 the third week.
Post at different days, different times so it looks non automated.

As long as the content is quality, go apeshit. Isn't going to have any negative effects.
