Does anyone know why my post count stays a zero even though I have made several post on here?

posts only count in certain areas of the forum
why so concerned u only joined 1 day ago geesh

I have some PM's in my inbox and it states that I cannot reply unless I have made at least 15 post. I have been avoiding spamming/trolling and trying to make solid post but I did not see movement in my post count.
