Post count under a hashtag is less than # of posts

I started using a hashtag that only had 3 posts under it when I started using it. There are now 8 posts and 5 of them being mine. The strange thing is that the post count says there's 4 posts when there's 8. Does anyone know why that is? Are 4 out of my 5 posts being shadowbanned? If that was the case, then why can I still see them if I look at the hashtag page in a browser without being logged into any of my accounts?
