I don't know if you going to understand my question.

If i registre to a programming forum and i post a Backlink for a keywords like "Green PLants". Does this backlink will have the same effect than a keyword related to the forum ?

No, it will not get a relevant power, but it's a link on your keyword so you keyword will get a normal power.
