No this backlinks would create an good effect your your site sub pages , And would give some authority so its good mate !
I wonder if google will punish it somehow, exactly the same content...
so you mean the guest post also must be unique and original? That needs a lot of work

No it would be punish , it but focus on content , as white hat works in different way , so keep this in mind !

According to my knowledge, Google appreciates natural unique content, so you can obtain a backlink by posting unique content on another website.

Make new article referring your original post and then post that on other sites to get a backlink. If you post the exact same already published article to another site will be considered as duplicate and will harm you unless it's a press release.
The problem is the guest post network what I can found not have such high DA, even not sure it can be included by google(as Semrush backlink results show it not yet be the referring domain)
