You can post ads through other members signatures, lots of jr vips sell there sigs for a decent price per month.

Yes, start to post your knowledge for everyone to see, when you have enough time and reputation you can then upgrade your account and post in the marketplace.

moved to forum feedback section. OP, you need to be a Jr VIP before you can post threads in the marketplace - to upgrade, you need to have over 100 posts and be on the forum for over 60 days. At that point, you'll have the option to upgrade to Jr VIP for $97 in your profile settings.
