try facebook groups with email posting enabled. but you cant post link through email. facebook server doesn't accept link on email & always shows error. Although i havent try others except yahoo.

It is very easy:
- Get soft for automate posting to Facebook groups.
- Config it once.
- Start it.

And this soft will post many messages (with pictures if u want) from many FB accounts to many FB groups at the same time.
I do so and I'm happy.

It's possible with Hootsuite Pro, there's a 30 day free trial. But fair warning, if you decide to spam like 1000+ groups at 1 go, your account will be banned immediately.
