I've been using multiple instagram accounts with different proxies on jarvee, my question is How can I upload a video using the same proxy? (since it's not possible to upload videos from pc, only mobile)

I upload videos with no issue using mobile proxy on dolphin browser.

It's not availaible publically anymore, only previous users have it.

There are apps where you can add our proxy and route your instagram app through that proxy, this way you can post from the same IP

You can configure the proxy in your mobile device. But you will have to root your mobile in order to configure the proxy. You can get a cheap used android mobile device. Then, you can easily use the proxy in your mobile to upload the video.
