Post a photo with IFTTT and then delete it from pc

I downloaded many photos to a folder on my pc,
and now I use IFTTT to post a photo once a day to Facebook.

But I can't think of a way to tell IFTTT to delete that photo, so it won't post the same one tomorrow.

Anyone have an idea how to do this, using IFTTT or other tools?
I don't care if the photos are saved on my pc or in dropbox etc., as long as I can delete them after posting.

yes indeed, a good option to go..

The theexposu is the best way to post a photo with IFTTT.
