Hey guys,

Since last week ive been working on a new site on very low competition keywords, but it seems that my site is not even in the top 100 serps, so i made thid thread expecting some good seo advice.

Though this is NOT a spoonfeeding thread, i would love to hear some kickass seo advices orsomething that could help a lot! :)

I dont have any tips asnit appears tthat all my attempts at ranking are just futile except that ms points generator blogger i ranked and 1 video of that guy :(

facebook page, twitter, g+ page, banner advertising, keyword+forum post , basic things to do on a new website.

How about you tell us what you have tried so far, rather than us just repeating info already posted here.

Hi royserpa, nice new seasons avatar ;)

I think you may be doing the right things with the wrong timing....I read another thread of yours the other day, and it seems to me now from this post that you're expecting organic results in weeks... Not gonna happen, unless your website is some hollywood movie launch and jumps up to a million mentions and links overnight.

Even churn n burn sites take a bit of time to get up there.... I recommend you check some of your compeetitor sites ages and see for yourself. My 2 cents.

google some blog with authority within your niche.

Send them an email for a guest post. Quick way to get some solid links for free (or cheap).

Else you can build your own high PR network.

Goodluck bro

One more thing.. stop thinking that your sites are penalized.. Google gives a little advantage to new sites for some time and then they go to the level which they deserve.

I am not that good when it comes to SEO and i am still learning... Here are the things which seems to work for me...

1. Start building links around your homepage.
2. Use niche relevant blog comments, forum signatures and create hand written web 2.0's... don't spam on tier 2... instead control your tier 2 and make it a quality one..

The thing which works for me is to increase the PA and DA of your domain.. once it is above 25, your new pages will automatically start ranking in 30-40 position in serps.. and just keep posting content.. you will not know for what keywords you are getting traffic... hundreds of long-tail keywords...

Another thing which I found working but didn't tried... Look for an upcoming product and register a domain name related to it. Create a website and buy sape links or homepage links.. just do that 3-4 months before the launch of the product... and you will be on first position... just few quality backlinks are doing wonders..

Hey bart, you are right man,

It seems im kinda deperate with all of this ranking stuff. Anyway dude, on avg, how long does it take you to rank on low-med competition keywords? Would you use gsa ser at all?

Any insight would be awesome, guys! :)

GSA your tier 2-3 links, thats what I would do.

Personnally, I dont like to point web 2.0 link to my money site, unless its old and good PR, good PA property.

You cna also try guest blog from myguestblog forum. If you search carefully, you can get 40/40 PADA website to guestpost on.

You're looking at months, not weeks. But how many months depends, really...

google has slowed the SEO process in order to make it less profitable. So instead of allowing you to rank quickly, and thus cash in on churn'nburn, they've slowed it down so that it takes longer for your URLs to be in their definitive index. After you get into the big index, not just the fresh one, then you're ready to rank.

How do you know you're in the big index? The site no longer disappears all the time when there are changes. Also your rankings fluctuate less....but it takes time... Take it easy, give it some time and you'll do fine. What you think is a penalty may often just be normal.

No I don't use GSA on money sites, I use it for my tiered linkinng.

So far, ive tried:

1) tiered backlinking without any success for the last 5-6 months.
2) c&burn sites with only 1 site ranking, which wqs that ms points generator blogger.
3) ive tried manual backlinks + gsa ser as tier2+ without success
4) ive tried no backlinks at all and still no success
5) ive tried only manual backlinks and no success
6) only social signals and no success
7) ive tried all of the above with and without social signals without success
8) i really dont know what else to try :(
9) All articles i post are seo optimised, meta tags, tags, kw density good, images with alt tags, outbound links to high pr sites (think Wikipedia), internal linking. All without success...

As ive said, the only thing i have ranked so far, is that 2009 blog of mine that doesnt have any onpage/offpage seo. Magically it ranks in #1 or #2...

After that, all i get are rankings on page 5+. Even targetting very low competition keywords....
Probably Google got my ip and is banning every attempt of mine to rank... LOL

what is the length of your articles ? try a 1000+ article for any low comp. keyword . you can increase the length by adding comments too to your existing pages .

If it is low competition, you can rank it with manual backlinking in one week. If you aren't ranking, you must be using some form of automated software.

If you are going to try something, you have to do it on a brand new site.
You can't try number 1 then check for serps and if you find nothing, you go for number 2 on the same site.
You have to create one site per method so that you know what is working and what is not.

A lot of your methods would have worked or you would be in page 1 because that is what I am doing. I'm making 7k a month right now.
My advice would be something wrong with your backlinks. So some tips would be:
1. Anchor diversity
2. 1 page per backlink. Don't put mywebsite page 1, page 2 and page 3 on backlink post 1.
3. stay away from forums, and wiki backlinks because they are easily detected by google as spam
4. High Pr Or High DA on backlinks.

If you fail in any of these 4, you will not rank. Well that's it, good luck.

But if you want something that works, you can always do the web2.0
create a 5 page website in yola, blogspot, wordpress, tumblr, blinkweb, overblog, insanejournal, fc2, blog, and etc. One content page will point to one page in your website.
Blast your backlinks with gsa or xrumer or scrapebox.
Then figure out why these backlinks work then proceed from there.

Overoptimization. Or your content is terrible.

[X] 4. High Pr Or High DA on backlinks.

1. Anchor diversity is good, main Kw is about 4-7%
2. Correct, 1 page per backlink :)
3. I havent done anything like that :)
4. Yes, actually I have gotten backlinks with high pr and high da/pa (pr5+ da/pa 35+)

Overoptimization. Or your content is terrible.

Hmmm you make me think buddy. I think probably the thing is overoptimization.

Content is awesome, as I write it :)

hey buddy, buy 10 high quality backlinks not all at he same time with some social juice and publishing new content once in a while make sure to make an outbound link to an authority site on your new articles and you will see a result in less than 4 weeks.
