Ask the title states, do i need an llc or anything to start dropshipping with shopify and aliexpress? I live in Florida in the US.

Also, payment processor of choice?

I believe taxes are lower for a LLC (not sure, ask an accountant).

Otherwise nothing keeps you from buying from aliexpress and reselling online via shopify. Shopify does not require you to have a company.

I mean technically you do but no one does. Your not gonna get finned so don't worry, you only need a license if you're dropshipping coffee/tea and things like that as most suppliers will ask for a resellers license. And being from the U.S you can use Stripe to receive payments as is the best payment gateway out there.

I don't think so, not for most products (you're free to buy and sell whatever you want as long as it's legal). But do ask an accountant to be sure.

What I suggest that if you hit 10k a month do LLC don't worry or even think about it. Do focus on the core.

For payment processor use stripe (don't use PayPal or Shopify payments as they are going to put your money on hold more often)
