Possibly a shadow ban? Account Issue?

So, around 2 years ago I was banned from IG.

Now I have these two IG accounts created in the IG App using the same mobile phone. Used email to create and then added 2FA. I didn't add a mobile number tho.

Accounts are around 1 month old.

Yesterday, I used Meta Business Suite to upload reels. It showed uploaded but actually, it didn't upload. When I opened IG from PC, it showed this:

When I checked from mobile, it showed nothing. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still nothing. Also, the app is acting strangely slow. I searched for a keyword and it showed me results and when I clicked on a particular post and tried to visit the profile, it didn't even open the profile.

Something is wrong.

But when I check "Account Status" from mobile, it shows no violation and my content is capable of reaching explore page.

Is this account done?

Should I create a new account from PC and then add a new phone number? Are accounts created from PC high quality? This PC is new btw.

Its one of the two things - Either a bug or a shadowban, higher chances are its a shadowban actually.

I heard accounts created from PCs have lower trust scores (quality) than those which are created from REAL mobile devices. But again these are rumors, I don't know this for sure. Plus quality account is not just one thing, its many different things that determine the quality such as:
The device acc was created from, device fingerprints, IP quality, browser fingerprints, and account behavior after creation, just to name a few.

Yes, try to create a new account with a new phone number. Use a unique device and Proxy to create the account.

So, What footprints and fingerprints are taken by IG or FB, in case an account gets suspended?

IP, Mac Address? anything else? Like can't we change mac address using a software?

It is always recommended to create account from a phone. And the device is new or old doesnot matter

It doesn't matter what happened 2 years ago, so that's not the thing. It might have with your wifi/intenet connection, the subnet might be flagged. Also, how many reels have you posted and how fast?
