Possible to search for public posts and sort by newest first?

I'm using FB's search for a specific keyword and I'm looking to see posts made TODAY.

It looks like FB only lets you filter by month.

Is there any way to either sort by latest posts or search for posts made on a specific date (today)?

I've been trying to figure out how to do the same thing as I remember being able to do it years ago. There doesn't appear to be a way to do it using their default search filter anymore though so maybe people were abusing it.

I have tried this a few months ago and it doesn't seem to be possible.

You could maybe ask in the Facebook Community.
