Possible to save my paypal account?

Hey for half a year my paypal account with all my real information has been limited, more like locked, and is very frustrating as i cant say even use those credit cards on the account to purchase on ebay...dont think i can even open another paypal account with my information. when i go to resolution center it says
" you cant use paypal anymore
At paypal we value a safe community for our customers to do buisness. We noticed activity in your account thats inconsistant with our user agreement and we no longer offer you paypal services.
Any bank or card information linked to your account cant be removed or used to creat a new account. You can still log in but cant send or receive payments.."

Please help

I have no idea. And it seems like paypal doesnt want to tell me. Perhaps received some payments to the account for something that wasnt completely straight. didnt get any complaints, warning or anything first. Is there anything i can do or is my account and using my personal info for a paypal account forever over?

If you were to look at the situation in an objective way, can you not think of any possible reason PayPal would have limited your account?

As a remedy, if you wanted to create a new PayPal account - you could just make a new business bank account?

Again perhaps not everything i did on the account was straight. I lost an anonymous account and started using this one and I wasnt careful enough with it.
I tried opening a new paypal with using a different credit card with no luck. When i add new card i get "Sorry, we can’t add this card. Please try adding a different credit card to your account."

So opening a completely different bank account should do it?
I hope my name/address is not blacklisted or something

It is, your name and address are blacklisted. If you tried to make another account with the same details and only the bank is different, you will get shut down sooner or later,more likely sooner. Sounds like you need to make a completely new stealth account. All new personal details, ip address, browser, etc.
 
If you've been banned there's a reason and if you've already contacted pp support there's nothing else to do.
Pay more attention.
 
If you cannot get them to respond and provide you with a reason, try filing a complaint with the BBB. Might get them talking at least.
