Possible to make steady money with GPT?

Just reading a bit about various GPT sites and was wondering about the possibilities. I know it'd be a lot of work, but as a way to make some quick cash, it seems doable. Anybody ever put a solid effort into GPT? How much cash is achievable per day?

Maybe I should clarify a bit. I'm not talking about starting a GPT I'm talking about signing up to several and completing offers. I have a full time job offline and would only do this as a way to cover such fees as buying email accounts, etc. My focus right now is Tumblr and I think it will pay off eventually, but right now it's only earning me cents per day. I was thinking GPT would be a way to make some extra cash while I'm building my Tumblr empire.

It's "GPT" and it stands for Get Paid To. On GPT websites you typically complete some offers/surveys and get paid for doing them.
