Possible to create a download link/regular link combo? Like with &URL=?

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to connect a download link with a regular link (aff link).

For example, one item I'm promoting is an affiliate link made up of many aff links using '&URL='. This is at their instruction and I guess they have a way of sorting which aff link to use once they are redirected to their site.

I'm wondering if there is a way to do something similar with a download link too. I tried doing it with '&URL=' but it didn't work. Does anyway know what kind of redirection magic I can do to get a link to download a trailer, while simultaneously sending my visitor to the website I'm promoting?

Examples would be, how can I activate both of these links?
