Possible to convert Android to Iphone?

I have used Dreamweaver to create mobile sites and then convert them to android apps. Have had some clients that want their mobile site converted to an app although they are just viewing their site as an app and I don't see the purpose, but they seem to think it is cool.

Its easy to convert the site to an app in DW, any easy way to convert to an Iphone app as well if you don't have a Mac or is that going to be far more difficult?

If the app is essentially just a mobile website, it won't get accepted by apple anyway, as it offers no more value than by just using the safari browser. Anyway, if you go that route, you'll need a mac with intel - NOT PowerPC, a mac mini will do the job, they can be found on CL for around $200.

Also, and this is a new apple policy, if you build apps for clients they are required to have a dev license too, so your clients will need to fork out $99 to have their apps submitted to the app store.

I am not aware of it, but may be it is possible to convert by the help of great and stunning technology functionality.
