Possible to buy website with guaranteed daily traffic?

Is this possible? I would like to buy a wordpress website and install a monitising plugin and let it run itself. Is this possible or am I dreaming? I have tried traffic exchanges but my website gets denied, I assume because of my plugin.

It's possible but you'll have to invest a bit in it. I mean, you can get a website that already gets some traffic and just run affiliate ads on it or something like that. You can also install a rss plugin to auto post on the site. Hoever, if you do that, the site won't rank organically because you'll only have duplicate content.

I would go for a site that has a brand and a good facebook audience - so that I don't need to rely on SEO :P
 
It is very well possible, but expect to pay 20x+ the monthly revenue of the domain. So if the domain is raking $1000 a month, expect to pay over $20K. A lot depends on how the site is build, its potential and its backlink profile. But as rule of thumb, go with 20x. Is it worth it? Maybe. Would I do it? Not really. 2 years (could be less of course) until the site turns profitable is just too long in SEO world. Anything can happen and there are plenty of better risk:reward investments out there. It's better to be on the other side of the spectrum, the guy who flips such a site.
 
Just to be clear, I am looking for a website that will get hits and the longer time on page the better. I am not looking to monitise with Adsense as I have an alt method to make money using a plugin. However my method does require traffic/ visitors. The longer they are on the site, the better.
 
You can definitely get sites that get traffic, but dependin on how much and how good it is they might cost more than you're making off of them. try flippa as someone already suggested, or you might want to give dropped domains a try, it's harder to get your hands on some good ones but it's doable.

Actually, you are pointing out obvious things. Everyone needs traffic and they want users to stay long on the site. The key to remember is that a website is never a set and forget thing. Even if you get a well-ranked website, it will still be considered a work in progress site because to maintain rankings, seo is needed.
 
I have a feeling you want to use that plugin that takes the user cpu power and that is why your looking for this. Didn't someone just get caught doing that?

wow thats crazy. does it harm the computer. give it access to files on the comp? do antiviruses protect such things?

Its not harmful and is legal as long as you inform the users that you are using their processor power. One can argue that this give the users better experience than shitload of advertising (which use computer power as well).

no i dont mean to use it myself. i mean how can i protect myself from such things happening to my cpu? Its legal?

Its legal and there is nothing to protect. For example you open blackhatworld - there are lots of ads, banners rotating etc - this is using your processor power as well lets say 10%. And you see a lot of ads. Then you open example.blabla and there is no ads, just a script that is using again 10% of your processor power to mine cryptos. Thats it. If you want to "protect" yourself - read T&C of the websites you are visiting and avoid those who run such scripts.

well in that case then id like to use it. i have a site that gets about 600-700 pageviews a day but i havent put any ads yet. avg time is around 3mins. but its in html though not wordpress. is there any html plugin out there?

also it uses a small amount of cpu power right? i mean it wont slow down my user's browsing?

Yep, if you google around you will find that some major players use this (but sometimes backslash as users are not happy, mostly because they did not understand how this works). Just Google "html crypto mining script" and you will find something that is usable - there are java script versions out there.
 
this can be done but it who does it for you .

a lot off ppl can build somethink but the traffic is crap.

you need to build a website and promote it deeply in the niche your in, it take months and months but worth it.

a lot of ppl just throw advertising at the website from adwords , bing, facebook and others .

if you buy such website you looking at the monthly price it earns x24

example.
1k a month website will cost 24k to buy the website.

dont forget once you got the website it your promoting skills that make the traffic continue.(( not many websites survive heigh traffic without constant promotting))

no matter what happends your need to no market research and be a keyword research wizzard .

It never a case of just buying a heigh traffic website ,and it just sit there and continues giving a huge income, that all crap talk, all webites need constant promotting.

a lot of people hire im to do this for them or buy packages monthly to help them keep there website traffic continue

no work , no gain in profits or traffic as it all goes dead .....(( happens alot ))

yea lots of negativity around this. one user on reddit says that it will harm the users cpu in the long run though. if the script can limit the mining to say less than 8% of the cpu power then thatd be great. Awesome alternative to ads. Do u use it?
