Possible to Buy Amazon Reviews?

I've had a look around (maybe not hard enough), but is it possible to buy Amazon reviews? I just put an MP3 album onto Amazon and was wondering if it's possible to buy reviews of the album so that it boosts itself in the search rankings and shows up as "related" when people search for different bands.

Maybe hiring people on Fiverr would be the best route?
 
I'm not sure how many it is that I need to be honest. I'd just like enough to get my album to show up in related purchases for other bands' albums.

Or I think you could:

Get a vcc, proxies, and setup a couple amazon accounts and give reviews. (I'm not positive this will work, just an idea)
 
I used Fiverr before, it's cheap you can get 4-5 reviews for a gig from different IPs.
But if you want quality review, then it might cost you a gig or two.
 
That looks promising but you would probably have to provide the Amazon accounts if you wanted the reviews to look half way real.
 
Maybe I'm wrong or confused in what they are referring to, but there is what it says on Micro Workers website:

Yes, it is....but hense you should be highly concerned about the money consequences.....
 
wont the person have to buy the stuff before he can leave a review?
 
I have a guy on Fiverr that BUYS the product (so its a verified purchase) and then he leaves a review. I think the item has to be under $3 or something though (so he can make somewhat of a profit). In the past I have bought just regular old reviews for Amazon from Fiverr - they stay up for a few days and then Amazon takes them down. So if you can find someone like my guy that will PAY for the item and then leave a review, that is going to be your best bet!
 
Definitely make sure that the service provider actually buys the product and is marked as a verified purchase.
