possible to buy 1 or 2 Privte proxy? not in bulk

I have checked few leading proxy providers from BHW like
http://cheapprivateproxies.org/
http://www.sslprivateproxy.com/
https://instantproxies.com/

all of they are selling proxies in bulk
is there any site or service, which is selling private proxy in 1 or 2 quantity

I need private proxy to open few blocked sites by my ISP, not for spamming or account creation, so I don't need them in bunch

I do not trust public proxies
I have ordered ovpn.to , but their support email is not responding! its about 2 days now

so If you have any opinion, plz share

That sucks i didnt realize sslprivateproxy stopped selling single proxies, anyways u can try proxy-n-vpn as suggested above.
