So, I think this is the simplest and an almost perfect way to direct link in adwords:

Create your dummy page and place a php script on it, the script checks the ISP/Organisation of visitor's IP address, if the IP is not owned by G, redirect to your affiliate link.

Please share your thoughts on this, maybe I missed something.

Are you certain that google doesn't verify the pages with an IP that isn't owned by them

They use their own IPs for bots and manual reviews as well, have you seen something contrary?

well, i heard that Adword bot also check your site thru some private network which is not belong to Google

The reverse DNS lookup is a good technique and a few of the commercial cloakers (mine included) out there support it. But it is not everything you should do. Google does use manual reviewers that are not always within the Google network. I know two work-from-home people that do reviews of Google ads and landing pages and they do them explicitly from outside a Google DNS.

The easiest way around this is to create a vanilla and compliant landing page initially and NOT cloak for 2-5 days while the ad is approved and the LP is checked. Then turn on cloaking. You can have a danger of the CTR from the new LP being too high compared to the vanilla page but historically this hasn't been that big of a problem and can be worked through.

Super-paranoid folks get concerned about the footprint of the page and make sure that general layouts match and the overall signature of the page matches. In very competitive markets this helps and the cloaking is done with a combination of IP/DNS detection and client side javascript that manipulates the DOM.

One other thing...

As with all things you want to track your traffic. Put up a domain with the vanilla landing page and add a web analytics script. Do NOT use Google Analytics. Use a private script like piWik or ever awstats, etc.

You can use this to track when the basic review happened.

There is an important thing about Adwords you should know first. If you cloak your website you will get caught in 2-4 days at most. Your aim should be creat lots of accounts and spend your whole budget in 1-2 days at most before it gets banned.

Sorry but thats not true. I have run successful cloaked campaigns for many months. It just depends on your competition. Most of them will probably snitch on you and report your ad. Cloaking needs time and a combination of many factors and options. not only IP or user agent.

Tell me more about manipulating the DOM. :-) You mean changing display:none ? and why isn't this included in wpcloaker yet? ;-)

WOw didn't think of that! So probably the CTR is 100% if using a final redirect for cloaking right? Which probably rings an alarm at G. so some throttling in the cloaking would be a good thing I guess.
