Possible shadowban on Instagram

I have a traffic campaign for an Instagram profile at a very low cost per click, only 0.05 and no new followers. This is a second campaign that happens from the same issue. Has anyone gone through a similar case?

Might be a shadown ban but in order to confirm you will need to search your Instagram account using another one and try to search it or see if you can find any post, if you can't find it might be shadow ban, if you can find the account, might be the content that doesn't have enough retention or the service that you are paying is not meeting the expectations but you need to check everything in order to locate the problem.
