Possible Scam?

Alright so im into dropshipping and i outreached to this agency for one of my stores to help me manage it for $300. For said amount they will cover the adspend for 1 week and whatnot and will give me a partial refund if i don't see results within 3 weeks. with that being said the payment gateways that they recommend are hella fishy. Paypal friends and family; scam central, the reason is because they say something about payments being held for 21 days if i do goods and services. And with google pay send, once you send them money i dont think you can open a dispute and get funds back since they say (dont send money to people you dont know when your're about to send.) Gotta do more research about G pay. Anyways, your thoughts?

Not possibly, it is most probably a scam.

Paypal F&F is them protecting themselves against you doing a chargeback but it's also their way out if they scam you.

Are they a company established and with a good reputation ? Look at Escrow maybe as an option, but avoid F&F and Btc payments.

FaF is what its for: Friends and Family. If this ad supplier / agency / whatEverTheyCallIt doesn’t fall in either category then I would say “Thanks, but no thanks.”

If they were so good at it, they would manage their own stores, this isn't VA grunt work, they want to take over your entire business- Hard pass

Never pay using F&F for business purpose online. You will be smashing your own head later.
Also, avoid BTC and all other forms of payments except PP as Services.

PP as Services IS always the way to pay online for business purpose.

He might be worried that you might charge back, or it is as straight forward as scamming.
