Possible method

So I've only been trying out various IM for a couple of months. Not much success, so I keep on digging deeper. Recently I came across something that really interests me if it works.
Basicly you use cpa+penny workers. A few more things are involved, but anyone with experience should know what I'm talking about.
Is/was this a real method?

Because networks are not stupid and have evolved over the years.

Yeah, go ahead and do this and see if you get paid from the network (You won't).
 
These networks actually go to these microworker type sites and check if any of their offers are posted there
plus check many other factors of their traffic

I've come to the understanding that alot of the methods here and elsewhere still work. It's just a matter of adapting them to current tech standards. Some obviously won't work. Such as the one I proposed. I was hopeful someone figured out a work around, but too hopeful that they'd share it like that lol.

I'm also pretty sure that this was a fraud method, and I'm surprised this thread is still here lol.
