Possible Method to Get More Traffic on Parked Domains

-Buy a domain

-Download a random Wordpress theme

-Fill it up with keywords so it will rank

-Leave it for 2-3 weeks and it will apparently show up on search engines if you later decide to park it.


I accidentally discovered this when I had a website with some content on it but decided it wasn't going anywhere, so I decided to park it. As you know, parked domains are not supposed to show up on search engines, but out of the blue I typed the main keyword of my domain into google and voila, one of my original pages of content ranked and instead linked to my parked domain.

Although you will have to build a basic website in the beginning and set it up so it will rank, it's easier than building a full-fledged website with content.

One problem with this is that my domain is the same as the main keyword for its niche, and it is a very specific yet popular niche, so it probably had an easy time ranking on google with little effort compared to other niches. I'm not sure about the feasibility of this with other niches.

Do you think this could work?

If you can rank your site and gain visitors for that why you have to go for parking. You can use Adsense instead which gives you better CPC than parking domain gives. If you are looking for parking domain methods have a look at parking secession you can find many good working methods.

wait a few days , it will disappear from google , moreover parked domain CPC is peanuts .
If you were able to rank your websites , then use other conventional methods like adsense, clickbank etc to monetize them .

I only say this if you want to make a little extra passive income on the side as it's easier to fill a website with just keywords and other ranking factors than it is to make an actual website with quality content that gets people to click on Adsense ads. I'm not sure if the extra money you make by getting your parked domains to rank will be worth the time and effort but it probably all depends on your niche.

What program are you parking with using this method?

i get better CPC from domain park at sedo then adsense
sedo i get 20 to 60cent click
adsense i was lucky get 2 or 3 cent click some times 40 cent
adsense been going down hill in click price last year
adsense dont go by site keywords any more on ads go by what your Visitor searchs alot
sedo park go by domain keywords you can get higher paid click that way
way google use to do ads
